1. General Use

1. QLog provides digital healthcare management solutions through our website, mobile applications, and back-office Software as a Service (SaaS) services. By using any QLog services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these T&Cs.

2. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these T&Cs.

2. User Responsibilities

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify QLog immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account via email to dpo@qlog.co 
2. You must not misuse our systems (including by hacking or by sending unsolicited communications or materials) or use them in any way that may impair their functionality.

3. Intellectual Property

1. All content, trademarks, and technologies on the QLog platform, including but not limited to the website, mobile app, and SaaS, are the property of QLog or its licensors. You may not use them without our explicit consent.
2. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services without prior permission.

4. Privacy Policy

1. Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. All personal data will be processed as described in the policy. For further information on how your personal data is processed, contact info@qlog.co.

5. Service Availability and Changes

1. QLog reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our services are unavailable.
2. Any new features that enhance or alter the current service shall also be subject to these T&Cs.

1. QLog will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services.
2. QLog disclaims any liability for inaccuracies or errors in the data, including data uploaded by users.

7. Termination

1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to QLog services without notice if you breach any of these T&Cs or engage in illegal activities.

8. Governing Law

1. These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these T&Cs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Israel Tel Aviv district courts.
